Bachelor’s in Automobile Engineering is a four year course spanning over eight semesters. The course aims to provide outstanding engineering temperament & real-time experience, catering the escalating needs of the emerging automobile industry. The course offers a range of sub-disciplines, starting from designing the vehicles to manufacturing components, assembling and testing them for safety. The course deals with the study of various engines and their construction, electrical systems, chassis and body, alternate fuels, vehicle dynamics, system and component design, safety, economics and quality of an automobile.

Program Outcomes

Graduates will have a strong understanding of fundamental principles of mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as specialized knowledge in automobile systems, technologies, and vehicle design. Graduates will develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex issues in automobile systems and technologies. Graduates will be able to design and develop mechanical and electrical systems used in automobiles, ensuring that systems meet functional, performance, and safety standards.
