Sunlight Infra Energy Private Limited, is one of the leading Manufacturer, Suppliers and exporter of Solar Products. We are looking for Business Development Executive for our Company as mentioned below:
Designation: Business Development Executive (Inhouse)
Reporting to: General Manager/MD
Location: Science City, Ahmedabad
Salary: upto 4 LPA (depends on Interview)
Roles and Responsibilities
Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
Coordinate and liaison with the Government department for make approval and push for sales of our products.
Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills,
good personality and passion to perform in Marketing and sales function.
Highly goal driven, good team player with ability and willingness to learn and work well in
fast paced environments.
Self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
Strong networker & relationship builder.
Strong language proficiency – English, Gujarati & Hindi.
Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil language would be an added advantage.
Strong presentation & negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Solar Products would be an added advantage.
Preferable from solar energy background.
Should have at least 1-year experience within a Business Development Role.
