M.Sc. in Biotechnology is a postgraduate two-year programme that is divided into four semesters. These courses are concerned with science-based industry that uses living organisms and molecular biology to create healthcare products and therapeutics, as well as to run operations (such as DNA fingerprinting). Biotechnology is most known for its increasing importance in the realms of medicine and pharmaceuticals, but can also be used in genomics, food production, and other sectors.
