Guitars are for rockstars and we believe that everybody has an inner rockstar just waiting to be unleashed. Guitar playing has benefits like improved hand eye coordination, memory and other motor skills.

Monark University offers guitar lessons from the beginner level up to an advanced level. We believe in the importance of learning musical theory as much as practically handling the instrument.

Monark University instructor-led courses for the Western Guitar will help students get started on the instrument and provide them with in-class and offline exercises to rapidly improve their proficiency as accompanist as well as soloist. The first course (Beginner’s Guitar) will cover the basics of construction, playing chords and melodies, and reading tabulature sheets. Subsequent courses will build upon these basics and build a vocabulary of chords, licks and genre-specific playing styles.
