Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process.
Good Knowledge of Operating Systems.
Multitasking and coordination skills
Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.
Respond quickly to customer requests/needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate & Postgraduate Freshers and experienced are eligible to apply.
Must have All educational documents (10+2)/diploma/grad & Experience letters (if any experience).
