Purpose of Role:
This profile seeks to hire a competent EE/IC/EC/CA Engineer with expertise in control methods, linear systems, signals processing, industrial automation, etc. The candidate will be working on development of IoT, PLC and SCADA based automation systems. The candidate must show module development & testing experience. The candidate will be expected to design, implement, and test modules and lead team of engineers for the development of hardware and software based control and automation systems.

Responsibilities:
Gather and implement requirements for Instrumentation & Control projects.

Design, development, and testing of Instrumentation & Control projects

As a systems engineers the candidate will be required to implement electrical & instrumentation / control / automated test functionalities

Manage projects and team of engineers for development of hardware and software based systems

Travel to site for collecting project requirements, meet teams and monitor project progress

Manage milestones, deadlines and deliverables to meet project goals

Software Development for Data Acquisition and Industrial Automation projects

Job Profile:

Working as part of a larger team on module development for complex deliverables
Understanding of Data Acquisition, Instrumentation & Automation
IoT, PLC, HMI, SCADA based programming and commissioning experience
Knowledge of vehicular bus, vehicular control unit and other automation and communication systems
Experience with display building, data base creation, testing and commissioning of SCADA/PLC systems

Configuration of SCADA software packages, SQL database, ODBC and report generation.

Comprehensive understanding of networking, TCP/IP, UDP and routing principles.

Knowledge of communication protocols such as MODBUS, OPC UA, DNP etc. used for control systems

Work on various Control Panels, Meters, Motors, industrial devices, Sensors and instruments, etc

Ability to understand different industrial drawings and wiring diagrams

Knowledge of monitoring & controlling systems, measurement and testing tools
Document LabVIEW and other software code as per Standards

Must be familiar with LabVIEW communications and MODBUS Protocols
